PP/PE/PVC High speed single wall corrugated plastic pipe extrusion machine

Single-wall Corrugated Extrusion Line can be used to produce PE/PP/EVA/PVC and PA pipes continuously. These single-wall corrugated pipes have features of high temperature resistance, corrosion and abrasion resistance, high intensity and good flexibility, etc. They are widely used in the fields of auto wire harness, electric thread-passing pipes, circuit of machine tool, protective pipes of lamps and lantern wires, tubes of air conditioners and washing machines, etc.

The high speed single-wall corrugated extrusion line is developed on the basis of our original single-wall corrugated pipe machine. The molds are moved by gear on the runway. It is equipped with specially designed water cooling and sealing system, and the lubrication oil can be injected automatically. The forming machine, for small sizes molds, can be set with two mold chambers, so that two different sizes of pipes can be produced by only adjusting the height of the forming machine automatically. All these features highly improve the production speed of the single-wall corrugated pipes,which can reach 20-25m/min. Besides, the production line is equipped with prestressed eliminating cooling devices, automatic tapping machine and automatic cooling machine. All these features make it especially suitable for the production of car harness corrugated pipes.
