HDPE Prestressed corrugated plastic pipe extrusion line could produce the pipes of round and flat shapes, which are mainly used in the concrete structures. Being the pore-forming pipeline of the tendon, it has good corrosion resistance, which highly increases the corrosion protection capability of the tendon. It’s excellent physical properties and non-conduction properties could prevent the corrosion of the stray current; good sealing performance, no rust; small load, no leakage; high intensity, high rigidity, good impact resistance, and anti-pressing could decrease the frictional loss of the prestressing force during the process of stretching and drawing. The produced pipes could be widely used in highway interchange, overpass, railroad bridge and some other concrete work.

This extrusion line could also be used to produce PP/PE/EVA/PVC single-wall corrugated pipes after changing the molds.
