Features:

The main engine adopts screws specially used for polyolefin material. It possesses features of high production, good plasticization, and stable extrusion. It is equipped with automatic vacuum feeding machine and automatic constant temperature drying hopper.

The spiral and basket die heads that are suitable for the processing of polyolefin could obtain reasonable melting pressure, and improve the re-plasticization capacity, so as to ensure the stable material-flow and guarantee the pressure grade of the pipes.

Advanced vacuum calibrating method improves the cleanliness and hardness of the pipe surface; reasonable high-speed spraying cooling water tank guarantees the high-quality and high-speed production of the pipes.

Caterpillar of the hauling machine adopts anti-abrasion alloy material, which realizes stable traction, wide frequency adjustment range and long lifespan.
